My biopsy indicated I had DCIS. Results after the lumpectomy indicated a tumor of 8.5 mm and now invasive carcinoma stage III; margins were .4 mm. Then I had a re-excision and 2 lymph nodes removed. Results indicated DCIS seen 3 mm away; one lymph node positive for isolated tumour cells, pN0(i+). What would the best treatment be?

You refer to having been diagnosed with breast cancer recently and that you have a red rash. We need more information. Have you received radiation therapy because radiation can cause a rash. Do you have thickening of the skin and has anyone suggested that you might have inflammatory breast cancer (not common)? Do you have swelling that could be an abscess?
