Do you have any suggestions for treating peripheral neuropathy from chemo?

Thank you very much for contacting us with your concerns regarding chemotherapy induced neuropathy.
The treatment of the neuropathy starts with delaying the chemo, reducing the dose or stopping the treatment altogether. In the event that this is not possible, the currently approved treatment is duloxetine, and antidepressant that you might recognize by the name of cymbalta. Another option is a combination of Lyrica and gabapentin. Yet another option is to compound a gel to be applied on the skin and that contains baclofen, amitriptyline, HCl and ketamine.
