What monitoring should breast cancer patients have and how regularly, when they are unable to take tamoxifen and arimidex after their chemo and radiation therapy, and have then been diagnosed with secondaries in the spine, pelvis and shoulders, along with abdominal ascities from omentum secondaries ?

I am very sorry to hear about your case, and there are few things that we need to know before giving you a robust opinion. Is the a reason you cannot take hormonal therapy because you have triple negative disease?
What you’re describing is metastatic disease and the monitoring depends on the symptoms, and on the treatment that is being suggested, whether with chemotherapy or different hormone therapies. Monitoring is done when there is a change that needs to be seen or there are new symptoms.
