Hello I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in July 2015 and have had a Trust Biopsy with PSA reading of 5.1ng/ml, Gleason count of of 3+4, 5 of 15 cores positive..10mm on right side, maximum 1 mm Gleason 3+3 on the left side. Now up to date a Smartphone Target Biopsy done on 18/12 /2015, PSA 08/12. 15.5ng/’m Clinical indication : G3+4 most left side on TRUS MIR 4/5 right mid PZ lateral (SMART TARGET) and 3/5 left mid PZ anterior. Longest Core measured o Smart Target Biopsy is 6mm. I need help explaining the reading of the biopsies. Thanks

Biopsies can vary depending on how they are performed, but in your case, and after reviewing your results, the biopsies are similar an indicating the same Grade of 7(3+4) and both show disease in both lobes of the prostate.
