I’ve had second hormone injections after a prostate cancer surgery ( advanced cancer spread to bone marrow ) and now my Doctor wants me to have chemotherapy too. Can i have your opinion please and what’s the best way to treat prostate cancer itself with a minimal side effects?

Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us about prostate cancer.
I understand that you have metastatic prostate cancer to the bone. The treatment of prostate cancer varies from one person to another. There are many treatment options for that disease and we need more information about the specifics of your case to discuss weather you can benefit from new types of hormonal therapy versus chemotherapy vs bone targeted treatment.
You would benefit from a comprehensive consultation from Cancerdocs to review your records in full detail. This will help you get the best personalized answer for your case.
I hope this helps.
Keep up the hope.
