I have reoccurring vulvar cancer (5th time now in one year) , how can this be and what would the next step be ? So far always just surgery to remove the lesion

Sorry to hear about your experience. without knowing much about your case, 5 surgeries in a row in one year seems to be excessive to me. Early stage vulvar cancer needs to be handled with care in regards to staging and surgeries. With the limited information that I have, I cannot make a recommendation.
