I was treated for stage 3 ovarian CANCER 15 years ago and have been cancer free since then. Just recently had a CA 125 level drawn which was 62.9. Does this mean the cancer has returned?

The CA 125 11 that you are mentioning is higher than the normal upper limit, and this is certainly concerning. I would wait until you get another test to confirm this value, and follow up with your oncologist to further discuss the possibilities.
