I had colon resection surgery.I had a golf ball size tumor on my sigmoid colon . My tumor was low grade my CEA is 1.1 and 40 lymph nodes were removed. All begnin. I’m stage IIA t3 NO MO but it is microsatellite stable. Do you think I need chemo.
