I had a pet scan that showed intense uptake to bilateral tonsils and a cystic lesion to posterior uterus and intense uptake to bowel . I was told I was cancer free

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us regarding your PET CT . I am glad to hear that you were told you were cancer free! This is very reassuring . The tonsil area can show an uptake and that is normal. As for the uterus and bowel, I will have to look at the report to give you a better advice.
