Unless you have an obvious contra-indication to having a massage such as a fracture or severe muscle pain, I encourage you to indulge in massages if you can. They have many benefits including pain and nausea control as well as improving your overall well being and mental state. Avoid however rubbing the tumor itself if it is visible.
