Soft tissue sarcoma, starting in l5 spine now lesion in bone in leg and small lump in other leg. Completed 6 rounds of dox chemotherapy. Have swelling in leg with lump think its a blood clot. What next?

I am terribly sorry to hear about your recent journey with sarcoma. I hope that the DOX chemotherapy was not too bad and that you are in good spirit (as much as you can be). Regarding the swelling, a blood clot does not usually cause a lump although it can cause swelling in the leg. If in doubt, the best way to visualize a clot is with an ultrasound of the veins of your legs.
